My name is Joe. This is my short version of a long journey in this life that has had many detours and disappointments. I am a retired Navy Special Forces Disabled Veteran and Seal. My past has left me with major Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and sleep issues. I have been messed up for a long time.Until 70×7. And forgiveness.Forgiveness has changed my life. There is no more torment. No more voices. No more anger andoutbursts. It is almost as if I got a get-out-of-jail-early card. I understand that Christ, through His Blood, now lives His life through me.

Our grandson was taken from us three years ago after spending ten years in prison. After he
came out, he went back to a life of taking drugs and was killed. This was yet another call to
forgiveness for us. This journey led my wife and me to become ordained for prison ministry and
we have been writing to inmates since then.We will now continue our ministry at a Correctional Prison and hope to introduce this course on forgiveness both to the prison inmates and at the home groups we will form. Forgiveness is the KEY. It will unlock your life and set you free, and you will be free indeed.

I hope that someone out there will read my story, and also find comfort and forgiveness through
the 70×7 course. I will be 77 this year and I smile because God gave me 70×7 in the year I turned 77.
