Learning to forgive as part of treatment for depression

Grace Mugabi is a medical doctor from Iganga, a busy market town in Uganda. She explained:
“70×7 has really impacted my life ever since we started learning about forgiveness in depth.” Grace added that as part of her treatment for depression, she helps her patients work through forgiveness. “Engaging them into opening up has revealed not forgiving may be part of the cause of depression. It’s exciting to see them open up and let go.”
