His experience as an educator revealed that even seasoned industry professionals sometimes struggle to connect the dots when revisiting foundational concepts. Before the course, his students grappled with assignments, lacked confidence to ask questions, and couldn’t grasp the deeper understanding behind the principles. However, after completing the course, he shifted his approach, and did not focus solely on content delivery. The results were remarkable -assignments were submitted early, and students were brimming with excitement for the subject matter. For the first time in years, his students expressed gratitude for reigniting their passion for learning. “This was an opportunity because it opened the door of trust. I saw my students not just as learners, but also as an opportunity to minister to them and to make a meaningful impact on their lives.”
